锅炉运行能损的人工神经网络定位与分级

摘要 针对常规的基于模型的电站锅炉运行经济性诊断方法存在的弊端 ,提出了基于人工智能理论的电站锅炉节能潜力在线诊断方案的总体框架 ,建立了基于人工神经网络的锅炉运行能损的分类定位与分级诊断模型 ,并对该诊断模型的有效性进行了初步验证。借助于给出的电站锅炉能损定位与分级诊断模型 ,可以利用锅炉系统易于直接测量的运行参数在线地确定出系统所发生的各种主要能损的部位和能损程度 。 Accorcding to the disadvantages that exist in conventional diagnosing method which is applied to diagnosing the operating economic of model based power plant boiler. In this paper,an overall framework of on line diagnosing scheme based on artifitial intelligence theory that is applied to diagnosing energy saving potentiality of power plant boiler was proposed. A diagnosing model of classification, location and grading on energy loss in boiler operation was presented, which is based on artificial neural network. And the preliminary verification on availability of this model was made. By means of this model, the location and the extent of main energy loss could be found out by using the operating parameters that are easy to measure in boiler system, which plays an important guiding role in improving operating economic of power plant boiler.
