摘要
我国行将加入世界贸易组织，入世后政府采购市场开放将不可避免地提到议事日程上来。而我国目前还存在一系列问题，政府采购市场开放前必须妥善解决这些问题，才能有效保护我国的正常利益。在市场开放前，我们必须做好政府采购立法，规范政府采购制度，并建立对国内企业激励机制。
China is going to enter the World Trade Organization, and then, the market openness of China's governmental purchase will be inevitably placed on the agenda. But a series of problems are still existed in China and should be properly handled before the openness in order to protect China's normal benefits. China should also make the legistations and standardize the institutions of the governmental purchase, and establish foe encouraging mechanism to the domestic enterprises so as to be able in an invincible position in the market openness of the governmental purchase.
