摘要
现行的国际货币体系形成于 1 976年 ,该体系以国际储备多元化和浮动汇率制为特点 ,曾认为是一种较为理想的国际货币体系。但实际过去 2 0年来 ,该体系始终在极其脆弱的环境下运行 ,并多次暴露出其理论缺陷和潜在的危险。当前几种比较流行的国际货币体系改革方案在理论和现实操作两方面各有利弊 ,可以肯定 ,一种合理。
The current international monetary system was formed in 1976 and was once regarded as an ideal one,by taking the international reserve pluralism and floating rate system as its characteristics.But in the past 20 years,it has been functioning under a very frail circumstance,and showed Its theory shortcomings and potential dangers many times.At present,each vogue reform plan for the international monetary system shares both advantages and disadvantages in the theory and practice aspects.Surely,a new rational and stable order of intennational monetary system is going to be brought about with the world economy development.
