摘要
驰名商标的法律保护一直是学术界比较关注的问题。驰名商标作为一种无形资产 ,能够给拥有者们带来巨大的利润和财富。随着我国加入WTO日益临近 ,在世界范围内保护好我国自己的驰名商标越显重要。本文为建立与完善我国驰名商标保护法律框架 ,提出了一些设想。
Legal protection for well-known trademarks has always been an important qucstion in the acadcoic province.As a sort of invisible capital,well-known trademarks can bring the owners substantial pofits and wealthes.Furthermore,with the entrying into WTO,it is even more necessary for us to protect native well-known trademarks world-widely.This article provides some useful contemplations,in order to help perfectly establishing the legal framework of our trademark-protecting system.
