摘要
本文研究液-气(固)旋流器流场的测定,用有机玻璃的模型描绘旋流流体的流线和流动现象。根据一系列实验数据,求得准自由涡区的速度函数,近似的表示旋流分离器的压力分布。计算分布粒子的直径,并讨论了分离效率问题。
This paper studies investigation of flow field of the liquid-gas (particle) whirl fluid device. The streamline and fluid phenomenon of the whire fluid are described by pleniglass pattern. According to a series of experimental data, we could determine the velocity function in the pseudo-free vorticity region. The pressure distribution of flow field of the whirl fluid separator can be approximately expressed. The diameter of the separating pellets is caculated and the efficiency of separation is discussed here.
