摘要
采用平板培养测定的方法分别对云南省的 8个烟草种子生产基地的烟草种子内部进行带菌检测和分离鉴定。结果表明 ,8个样品中 ,样品带菌检出率高达 87.5 % ;除楚雄烟草种子生产基地外其他基地的烟草种子都存在不同程度的带菌 ,带菌率在 0 %~ 16 .2 5 %。鉴定引起种子内部携带的真菌发现烟草种子内部携带的真菌有链格孢菌 (Al ternariaalternaaata)、镰刀菌 (Fusairiumspp)、腐霉 (Pythiumspp)、芽枝孢菌 (Cladosporiumspp) ,优势菌群主要为链格孢菌 ,样品检出率为 87.5 % ,在检测培养的真菌物中出现的频率为 5 6 .2 5 %~ 10 0 %。
Petri-dish testing was made of seed-borne fungi in the tobacco seed samples collected from 8 tobacco-producing bases in Yunnan. The pathogens were isolated, cultured, purified and identified. Pathogens were detected in all the samples except those from Chuxiong, with a detection rate of 87.5% and a percentage of affected seeds of 0%~16.25%. The pathogens consisted of Alternaria alternaaata , which was the dominant species, Fusairium spp., Pythium spp. and Cladosporium spp.
