摘要
设计了拖拉机灯光性能微机自动检测系统。系统由灯光仪、数据采集仪及上位计算机等组成,对灯光的强度、光束的垂直偏移角度和水平偏移角度3个指标进行测量。灯光仪将光信号转换成电压信号,数据采集仪将电压信号实时转换为数字信号并将数据传送给上位计算机,在计算机中实现数据的显示、报表的打印和检测数据的管理。
In this paper, a microcomputer light test system for tractor was developed, which was comprised of a light meter, a data acquisition equipment and a computer. This system can measure the light intension and the deflection of light axis. The light meter converts light signals into voltage signals, and the data acquisition equipment converts analog signals into digital datum. The computer gets the digital datum through serial port and print report automatically. [
