摘要
目的 :探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术 (TURBT)对膀胱近颈部肿瘤的治疗效果。方法 :回顾性分析近颈部膀胱肿瘤 74例 79次 ,并与 10 2例 10 4次其它部位膀胱肿瘤进行对照比较。结果 :术后随访 6 8例 72次 ,半年内原处复发 6例次 ,原处复发与肿瘤复发性、数目、大小、部位、病理分级无关。其它部位膀胱肿瘤半年内原处复发 4例 ,两组差异无显著性意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :近颈部膀胱肿瘤仍适合 TURBT。
Objective:To study the efficacy of transurethral resection of bladder cancer located near the bladder neck.Methods:79 specimen in 74 patients with bladder cancer undergoing TURBT were retrospectively studied,and compared with 104 cases (of 102 patients) with bladder cancer in other location.Results:72 cases (of 68 patients) were followed up after operation,6 patients were found relapsed in situ in 6 months,and recurrence have no relationship to number,size,location,and pathological grade of the cancer.6 patients of bladder cancer in other location were found relapsed in situ in 6 mouths.There were no significant difference in recurrence rate (P>0.05) between the two groups.Conclusion:Our data suggested that TURBT was a feasible alternative for bladder cancer near the bladder neck and related surgical skill is warranted.
