摘要
了解新生儿G-6-PD缺陷症合并巨细胞病毒感染的情况。方法:对新生儿高胆红素血症患儿进行G-6-PD活性、PCR HCMV及其他相关检查。结果:新生儿G-6-PD缺陷症病人合并HCMV(+)者其ALT、IBIL、DBIL、血红蛋白、胆汁酸、G-6-PD活性与新生儿G-6-PD缺陷症HCMV(-)者、非C-6-PD缺陷症HCMV(+)者、非G-6-PD缺陷症HCMV(-)者比较差异均有显著性。结论:新生儿G-6-PD缺陷症合并巨细胞病毒感染会加重肝脏、血液系统的损害,巨细胞病毒感染可降低新生儿G-6-PD活性。
The study is to investigate condition of newborn G-6-PD deficiency union cytomegalo virus(CMV)infection G-6-PD activity, PCR HCMV and other correlated examinations were made in 282 newborns who sufferde with hyperbilirubinemia. Comparide to newborn G-6-PD deficiency PCRHCMV( - ) ,Non-G-6-PD deficiency. PCRHCMV( + ), Non-G-6-PD deficiency PCRHCMV( - ) . G-6-PD deficiency union cyto-megalio virus infection had worse effects on ALT, D BIL, IBIL,Hb,TBA and G-6-PD actirity. Conclusion : Newborn G-6-PD deficiency union cytomegaliovirus infection make more serious damage to liver and blood system. Cytomegalio virus infection can reduce newborn G-6-PD activity.
