摘要
目的通过带状光检影对湖州市区学龄前儿童屈光状态进行筛查,以便早期发现屈光异常,进行早期干预。方法 2015年5-6月应用苏州六六视觉YZ24带状光检影镜对湖州市区48所幼儿园8 329名学龄前儿童进行屈光状态的流行病学调查,检影异常者进行散瞳验光确诊。结果 48所幼儿园8 329名学龄前儿童通过带状光检影发现屈光异常516例,斜视5例,小眼球无光感1例,白内障2例,角膜云翳1例,虹膜缺损瞳孔移位2例。结论通过带状光检影可以早期、快速、便捷而有效的发现学龄前儿童的屈光状态异常,便于早期开展针对性的干预和矫治。
Objective To screen the refractive status of preschool children by using the steak retinoscopy in Huzhou urban,and to find early refractive abnormalities and intervene them as soon as possible. Methods From May to June 2015,a total of 8 329 preschool children from 48 kindergartens in Huzhou urban had been accepted the epidemiological investigation of refractive status.The ophthalmology department doctocrs from our hospital used the Suzhou 66 visual steak retinoscopy to screen the refractive status of preschool children.The children with abnormal refractive were accept cycloplegic diptoscopy test,which helped doctors to make a correct adiagnosis. Results By using the steak retinoscopy to screen the refractive status of 8 329 preschool children from 48 kindergartens in Huzhou urban,abnormal refractive 516 cases,strabismus 5 case,microphthalmus no light perception 1 case,cataracta 2 cases,corneal nebula 1 case,coloboma iridis pupil displacement 2 cases were found. Conclusion It's a early,rapaid,convenient and effective method to find the refractive abnormalities by using the steak retinoscopy to screen,which is convenient for early intervention and correction.
