颅咽管瘤外科治疗的显微外科技术和临床效果 被引量：4

摘要 颅咽管瘤外科手术前应全面评估患者的神经眼科学,下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴的功能和影像学资料,判断患者的手术承受能力和全切肿瘤的风险;在保护好重要神经组织和功能的前提下,术中运用显微外科技术尽可能在首次手术时全切肿瘤,井加强术后病人随访和并发症处理,可获得良好的临床效果。
