摘要
目的 :探讨肱骨外科颈骨折除手法复位、手术切开复位以外的第三种治疗方法。方法 :采用经皮撬拔复位、克氏针内固定的方法治疗 7例移位肱骨外科颈骨折 ,并随机设置对照组随访 6个月～ 2年 ,平均 13个月。对其整复结果、远期疗效进行评价。结果 :撬拔组、手法组、手术组的优良率分别为 85 .71%、71.4 3%、10 0 % ,而远期疗效三组分别为 10 0 %、71.4 3%和 85 .71% ,结论 :经皮撬拔复位、克氏针内固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的方法 ,既能达到良好的复位 ,又可获得满意的功能 ,具有痛苦少、治疗时间短、无明显并发症、医疗费用低的优点。
Objective:To explore the third method of treating humerus sungical neck fractures besides manipulate reduction and open reduction.Methods:There were seven cases treated by the above method.The control group was founded and the average follow-up period was 13 months (half a year to 2 years) so that we could evaluate the reduction result and long-term curative effect.Results:The rate of exellent and good of prixing-poking group,manipuate reduction and open reduction group were 85.71%?71.43%?100% respectively while that of the long-term curative effect group were 100%?71.43% and 85.71%.Conclusion:The third treatment method can get good reduction and satisfactory function recovery and has such advantages:no obvious complication and less costs.
