摘要
目的 :分析应用组织瓣移位修复肢体软组织缺损的效果。方法 :对我院 1990年 1月～ 2 0 0 0年 10月采用组织瓣移位修复肢体软组织缺损 84例 ,创面处理 ,手术方法及疗效进行评价。结果 :临床应用 84例 ,皮瓣全部成活 ,随访1～ 2年 ,功能及外形满意。结论 :组织瓣移位是修复肢体软组织缺损的理想方法。
Aim:To evaluate the clinical results of tissue flap transport to repair soft tissue defect.Methods:From January 1990 to October 2000,84 patients suffered from limb soft tissue defect were treated with tissue flap transport.Wound repair,operation and clinical results were evaluated.Results:Tissue flaps which was used to repair the soft tissue defects were all alive.84 patients were followed up from 12 to 24 months.Its Function and appearance were satisfactory.Conclusion:Tissue flap transport is an ideal way to repair limb soft tissue defect.
