摘要
对硫酸循环冷却水系统结垢分析 ,处理试剂选取 ,化学清洗和运行 ,试剂的腐蚀监测分析等进行了阐述。选用JC -4 66缓蚀阻垢剂并与XF -990、XF -992杀菌灭藻剂配伍是适合本循环冷却水处理的优良配方。近一年来的生产表明 ,酸冷却器没有结垢 ,节水、节电效果明显。
The circulating cooling water system of a sulphuric acid plant is described with respects to analysis of scaling, choice of treatment agents, chemical cleaning and operation, monitoring and analysis of agent corrosion. JC-466 corrosion and scaling inhibitor combined with XF-990 bactericide and algicide proved a satisfied formula for the treatment of cooling water. One year operation showed no scaling occurred in acid coolers, resulting in a significant saving of water and energy.
