摘要
用光镜和扫描电镜观察了大鲵嗅粘膜的形态结构。嗅上皮约厚260μm嗅细胞分为有纤毛和无纤毛两类,偶尔可见过渡类型。光镜下检查了大鲵味蕾的形态及分布,味蕾稀疏分布于内鼻孔周围及舌粘膜上皮中。其长度和直径均达100μm以上,是一般其它脊椎动物的两倍。还讨论了上述结构与动物生活习性的关系。
The shape and organization of olfactory mucosa of Andrias davidianus are observed by light and scanning electron microscopy.The thickness of lofactory epithelium is about 260 um.The population of the receptor cells contains both types non ciliated and ciliated cells,there will be occasionally interim type between them.The structure and distribution of the taste bud of A.davidianus are investigated.There are a few scattered bud in mucosa epithelium of choana periphery and tongue.The bud is more than 100 um in length or diameter,about twice that of general other vetebrates. The relationship between the structures and the habit of them is discussed.
