摘要
经过长时间研究和工程实践,提出一种全新的可靠性指标分配方法,并通过在电子行业的推广应用,证明该方法具有科学、合理、简便、操作性好的优点。为便于应用,文中有示例和验证结果。
A new method on reliability specification budget was presented. The practical application of the method in Electrical Industry field showed that it is scientific, reasonable, simple and easy to use. Some examples are given in this paper as a reference.
