摘要
对 9个猕猴桃品种 (金魁、79-3、79-1、79-5、秦美、华美 2号、海沃德、美味硬、中华软 )的一年生成叶气孔及其显微结构进行解剖构造的观察和测定。结果表明 :不同品种间叶片的气孔密度和长度差异显著 ,并且与品种抗病性成正相关 ,其相关系数分别为 0 .82 5 7、0 .83 5 5。不同品种间叶片的显微细胞结构特征差异不显著 ,与品种抗病性相关性不大 ,品种间变化规律性不强。发病缓止期 ,各品种叶片气孔相比病害盛发期均有在数目及大小上减低的现象 ,但降幅不明显 ,品种间降幅存在差异。
The anatomic structure of the annual leaves and the microstructure in 9 cultivars of kiwifruits was studied.The experimental results showed that the density and length of leaf stomata were significant differences in resistance to Pseuomonas syringae pv.Actinidae among the cultivars and in positive correlation with the disease resistance, r 1=0.825 7 r 2 =0.835 5.The microstructure of leaf was some significant differences among the cultivars.The density and length of leaf stomata would decrease after the leaf extending,but the extension of decrease was not obviously,and there were differences in the extent of decrease among the cultivars.The characteristics in leaf tissues could be one of the criteria for resistance of kiwifruit.
