长期以来,我国的风景名胜区实行国家直接经营管理的模式,在我国经济市场化改革的大背景下,景区市场化经营势在必行。目前,我国风景名胜区市场化经营呈现多种形式并存的格局。在市场化经营过程中,风景名胜区必须处理好景区保护。
