摘要
目的 探讨双 J管内引流在输尿管结石手术中的置管方法、时间、适应症、禁忌症、并发症及处理。方法 对 1 67例输尿管结石采用开放性手术及腔内手术中应用双 J管作内支架和内引流 ,置管时间 1～3个月。结果 术后无伤口感染、漏尿等并发症。结论 双 J管具有内支架和内引流的双重作用、操作简单、并发症少等特点 。
Objective To study the method,timing,indication,complication and management of indwelling double J drainage tube in the operation of ureteral calculi Methods The double J tube were used as internal stent and internal drainage for 1~3 months to 167 cases in the operation of ureteral calculi Results No complication such as wound infection and leakage of urine occurred after operation Conclusions The double J tube had dual functions of intent and internal drainage.The double J tubes can be indwelled easily and safely
