摘要
西部开发不能忽视西部人口问题,特别是西部少数民族人口问题,是关系西部大开发成效和成败的一个重要问题。本文认为,在西部开发进程中必须适时地解决好:西部人口发展与资源、环境相协调的问题;西部人口承载量问题;与西部开发进程相适应的人力资源的开发与配置问题。西部发展最终还得依靠西部人自身的发展。
The problem of population, especially the population problem of the mi nority shouldn't be neglected in the western exploitation, which is an important factor of effect and success of the western exploitation. The authors in this a rticle think that following problem should be resolved in time: the harmony amon g population's development and resource & environments in the west; the problem of the population load capacity in the west; the exploitation and allocation of the manpower resources in harmony with the process of the west's development. A nyway the west's development must depend on the west's population self-developm ent.
