摘要
目的 探讨飞行员肺结核的特点及防治对策。 方法 回顾性分析我院自 1993年至2 0 0 2年初收治的 17例飞行员肺结核患者的临床资料。 结果 1飞行员肺结核患者平均年龄为2 7.88± 6 .0 1岁 ,发病年龄在 2 0～ 2 9岁者 13例。2飞行员肺结核临床症状较轻 ,其中无明显症状因体检发现者占 7/ 17。3飞行员肺结核能得到较好的治疗 ,治愈率是 10 0 % ,但经临床治愈后停飞率较高 ,达 10 / 17。 建议 加强对飞行人员肺结核的基础防疫措施 ,实施短程甚至超短程抗结核的治疗方案 。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of pilot pulmonary tuberculosis cases, and put foward the strategies of its prevention and treatment. Methods Seventeen pilot cases of pulmonary tuberculosis treated in our hospital were reviewed. Results ①The average age of pilots suffered from pulmonary tuberculosis was 27.88±6.01, thirteen of them ranging from 20 to 29. ② Symptoms of most pilot pulmonary tuberculosis cases were mild, and 7 of them discovered during annual physical examination were asymptomatic. ③Pulmonary tuberculosis in pilots could get proper treatment, the cure rate was 100%, but the grounding rate was high, up to ten. Suggestions It is suggested that ①the preventive measures against TB in pilots, especially in young pilots, should be enhanced; ②short course treatment protocol should be first considered on the basis of early diagnosis; ③ the period of observation from clinical cure to return to flying duty should be shortened and determined in dividually.
