摘要 MIBG(间碘苄胍)是神经递质去甲肾上腺素的功能性类似物,其转运、潴留与释放机制均与去甲肾上腺素相似。放射性核素标记的MIBG及其衍生物既可用于嗜铬细胞瘤、神经母细胞瘤等神经嵴起源肿瘤的诊断与治疗,也可用于心肌交感神经显像,评估心肌交感神经元的完整性与功能。 MIBG(metaiodobenzylguanidine)is a functional an alog of the neurotransmitter norepinephrine.It is trans-ported,stored and rel eased by a mechanism similar to that of norepinephrine.MIBG and its derivatives are useful radio-pharmaceutical for the clinical scintigraphy and treatment of neural crest tumors such as pheochromocytoma and neurob-lastoma.Also it is applicable for myocardial imaging in evaluating the integrity and function of my ocardial presynapse sympathetic neuron.
