摘要
提出了利用吸收谱线的一次微商线型的峰峰值与线宽进而与气压的关系间接测量线宽及压致增宽系数的新方法。将该方法应用于NO_2的v_3谱带的激光磁共振谱的分析测量中得到在287K温度下,该谱带谱线的压致增宽系数(HWHM)γ_(NO_2-N_2,O_2,He,air)~0分别为2.7±o.1,1.9±0.2,1.1±0,2及2.5±0.1MHz/Torr。可比结果与现有数据一致。与其它线宽测量方法的比较表明,该方法具有简便、可靠、灵敏度高、受谱线两翼重迭及畸变的影响小等优点。
A new indirect method of linewidth measurement was proposed, by which the linewidths and pressure broadening coefficients of spectral lines can be derived from the dependence of the peak-to-peak amplitudes of the first derivative curve of the absorption lines on the pressures. By the application of the method in the analysis of the laser magnetic resonance spectra of v_3 band of NO_2, the foreign pressure broadening coefficients γ_(NO_2-N_2, o_2, He, an) were deter- mined to be 2.7 ± 0.1, 1.9 ± 0.2, 1.1 ± 0.2, 2.5 ± 0.1 MHz/Torr at 287K respectively. The com- perable results are in agreement with those of some other papers. The obtaining of the linewidth parameters is of considerable importance to air pollution monitoring. The Method is very con- venient and available. It has higher sensitivity and less disturbance of distortion and overiap of line wings. It can be further used in some other spectroscopic techniques such as microwave spectroscopy, ESR etc, to study pressure broadening of spectral lines and its temperature de- pendence, and the component and density of the sample gas.
