摘要 介绍了二苯胺的几种合成工艺及发展方向 ,传统的间歇釜式合成工艺采用AlCl3为催化剂 ,该工艺腐蚀设备 ,污染环境 ,生产成本高 ,难以连续化、大规模生产 ;固定床连续化工艺是一种环保型新工艺 ,采用固体酸为催化剂 ,可连续化、大规模合成二苯胺。 Synthesis technology and application of diphenylamine were introduced in this paper, several processes in synthesizing diphenylamine were discussed. The traditional process which used AlCl 3 as catalyst had following disadvantages such as corrosion, pollution and higher cost, so it was unsuitablefor continuous large-scale production. Using solid-acid catalyst, Fixed-bed reaction was new process in environmental protection, in a continuous way and in large-scale. The developments and applications about this process were also briefly described in this paper.
