摘要
本文分析了切削过程中影响机床颤振的几个非线性因素;基于这几个非线性因素,建立了一个描述切削过程动态稳定性的非线性理论模型.文中还采用描述函数方法研究了切削系统的动态稳定性.
Several nonlinear factors affecting the machine tool chatter during cutting such as the cutting tool leaving the workpiece, the nonlinear dependence of the cutting force on the depth of cut and the nonlinear influence of rake angle and clearance angle of the tool on the cutting process, are discussed and a nonlinear theoretical model for describing the dynamic cutting stability is developed. The dynamic stability of the cutting system is studied with the descriptive function method.
