摘要
介绍冰箱用ABS板材的挤出成型工艺及控制。阐述了ABS的特性和热力学三态转化的状况;讨论了挤出ABS板材时从粗料干燥到板材冷却定型的各种工艺参数、影响因素及其控制要点;归纳总结了挤出成型ABS板材的各种质量缺陷、产生原因及其相应的对策措施。
The extruding technological process and control of ABS plate used in refrigerator are introduced. The characteristic and the thermodynamical tristate conversion of ABS are described. The technological parameters, the influencing factors and the key points to be controlled are discussed from the dning of the pellets to the cool setting of the plate during the extrusion of ABS. The various product defects during the extrusion of ABS plate, the cause and the corresponding measures are summarized.
