摘要
介绍了无机压电陶瓷材料和有机压电材料的各自的优、缺点,分别综述了无机块体压电材料和无机/有机复合块体材料的制备工艺,同时也提出了一些改进方法,探讨了块体压电材料制备工艺的发展趋势。
In this paper, advantages and weaknesses of inorganic piezoelectric ceramics and organic piezoelectric materials were introduced respectively and preparation methods for piezoelectric materials were summed up. At the same time, some improved methods were given and development tendency of preparation methods of monolithic piezoelectric materials were predicted.
