摘要
研究了添加ZrO_2对高铝瓷抗热震性的影响。发现添加14％(质量分数)ZrO_2的高铝瓷的抗热震性比纯高铝瓷的高。原因是所加入的ZrO_2在冷却中发生相变,从而提高了材料的抗热震性。
The effect of ZrO2 additive on the thermal shock resistance of high-alumina ceramics was studied in this paper. The results show that the thermal shock resistance can be improved by adding in 14wt% ZrO2.This is for the reasons of the phase transtormation occured by adding in ZrO2 in the process of cooling.
