摘要
本文进一步探讨了机械设备诊断学的基本体系与基本概念.从系统论的观点出发,研究了机械设备的系统特性与系统分类;深化了故障、征兆、特征信号的概念;提出了故障传播过程的实质与故障的特性(层次性、相关性、延时性、不确定性);论述了“超层诊断”.文中从知识推理这一角度出发,进一步讨论了机械设备诊断学的目的、任务、诊断内容与诊断过程.
The basic content and conceptual system of mechanical device diagnostics are studied. The system characteristics and system classification of a -mechanical device are studied from the point of view of the system theory. The concepts of fault, symptom, and characteristic signal are further developed. The characteristics of fault, that is, the hierarchy, correlativity, time-delay and uncertainty as well as the nature of fault propagation are proposed. The 'overstepped hierarchical' diagnosis is described. The aim, task, content, and process of diagnostics for mechanical devices are also 昫iscussed using knowledgeable reasoning.
