摘要
本文详细分析了工件丝杠和机床热变形对丝杠螺距的影响,介绍了热变形的数值计算和实验方法.实践证明,根据变形进行补偿可加工出高精度的丝杠.
The influence of thermal deformation of workpiece and machine tool on the pitch of the leadscrew during grinding is discussed. Numerical calculation of thermal deformation and the experimenting technique are given. It is shown that the compensation based on thermal deformation is an effective measure to improve the quality of the leadscrew to be ground.
