摘要
本文依据钢丝绳截面损耗缺陷的电磁无损检测原理,在实验的基础上,讨论了Hall元件在获取磁路主磁通变化信号中的特点,探讨了提高探伤精度的技术措施,并据此研制了采用多个Hall元件组合探伤的钢丝绳截面损耗电磁无损探伤传感器.
Based on the principle of electromagnetic flaw detection, a new typesensbr using Hall elements for nondestructive testing of the loss of metallic cross-sectional area in wire rapes has been developed. The application of Hall elements in the test is discussed and the technical measures to improve the accuracy are suggested.
