大功率液压系统压力瞬变研究

摘要 本文提出一种将理论分析、数字模拟、试验研究相结合,进行大功率液压系统压力瞬变研究的方法,并用快锻液压机的压力瞬变分析实例,证明了该方法的有效性,得到了若干有实用价值的结论. There exists in general pressure transient in a high-power hydraulic system with high pressure and large flow. How to limit the transient pressure is crucial to guaranteeing' normal system operation and good dynamic performance. A new transient analyzing method is proposed, in which the pipelines are described as a model with distributed parameters and the characteristic method is used to solve it while the main valve distributor and actuating mechanism are expressed as a model with lumped parameters and analyzed with the Runge-Kutta method. The two models are hten integrated by boundary conditions to give a mathematical model for the complete system. The numerical solution of pressure surges is obtained by digital simulation. A pressure surge test on a l 000 kN high-speed hydraulic forging press under varying working conditions has been carried out and some parameters have been measured and analyzed. Values of calculation are compared with measured ones.
