摘要
浮顶油罐紧急排水装置是浮顶油罐上的一个重要的附件,其主要作用是排出浮顶上的超载积水,保证油罐浮顶的使用安全。通常使用罐内水封式的竖管作浮顶紧急排水装置,但其缺点较多,如水封水分蒸发、储液倒流、结蜡条堵塞水封槽等,很容易造成紧急排水装置失效。介绍了一种新型浮顶油罐浮子式紧急排水装置,该装置解决了浮顶普遍存在的紧急排水和储液倒流的难题,保证了浮顶油罐的安全。
The emergency drainage device is an important device in floating roof tank,used to drain the overloaded water accumulated on the floating roof to ensure a safety for oil tank. Analysis results show that the old drainage device has shortcomings and easy to fail. In this paper,a new-type emergency drainage device is introduced. This device eliminates the defects in backflow of water/oil and can provide a safety operation condition to oil tank.
