摘要
介绍了4650kW热媒炉自动吹灰、除尘控制系统在原油热输管道中的应用,该系统采用 OMRON CPM2A为主控制器,与热媒炉吹灰、除尘器的控制器件相结合,实现了吹灰、除尘全过程的自动化控制,既降低了生产成本,又提高了生产效率,同时也减轻了工人的劳动强度,为热媒炉的安全运行提供了可靠保证。
The application of automatic soot blowing and removing system in 4650 kW heat medium heater is introduced in this article. Take OMRON CPM2A as a main controller and combining with the controllers of soot blowing and removing system of heat medium heater,the automatic controlling process in soot blowing and removing are realized,which both decreases the operation cost and increases the production efficiency.
