摘要
本文分析现有锻锤锤杆失效的原因,为提高锤杆使用寿命,论证了细锤杆带弹性支承装置的设计思想,并从受力分析、载荷和动位移、橡胶弹簧的刚度及尺寸、锤杆的稳定性和撞击端最大应力等方面进行了较为完整的理论计算,还给出各项的许用值.并对德国KGK250型气液锤的细锤杆带弹性支承装置进行了验算.
The causes of failure of currently used hammer stems as well as expe-riences reported abroad are discussed. The correct design idea that a slender hammer stem should be provided with its elastic support to lengthen the life expectancy of the stem is described. A complete calculating theory, including the applied force analysis, the calculation of load and dynamic displacement, the calculation of the rigidity and dimensions of the rubber spring and the calculating formula for stem stability and maximum, stress at the bumping end, is proposed. Permissible limits are given. Calculated results of a German-made type KGK250 pneumohydraulic hammer show that the design calculation proposed is feasible.
