摘要
为了解决某些地区由于地层渗漏、水泥与井壁胶结质量不好 ,致使水泥返高达不到设计要求 ,固井质量差 ,不能满足油田开采需要等问题 ,研制了固井防渗漏隔离液FSG—Ⅱ。针对FSG—Ⅱ的组成成分、作用机理 ,以及该产品的室内评价、现场的成功应用情况进行讨论 ,并得出FSG—Ⅱ是一种能有效预防水泥渗漏 ,提高水泥胶结质量的双重功能 ,能明显提高固井质量的隔离液。
The well cementing anti-leak spacer FSG-Ⅱ has been developed in view of formation leak and poor cementation between cement and borehole wall result in poor cement quality and the height of cement return is unable to reach design requirement.This paper describes the component of FSG-Ⅱ,mechanism,laboratory evaluation and successful application in the field.It is concluded that FSG-Ⅱ is a kind of effective anti-leak spacer with dual functions of preventing cement leakage and improving cementation quality so as to improve the well cementing quality.
