摘要
随着油田开发的进一步进行 ,每年钻调整井的数量越来越多。由于在老油区长期注水开采 ,破坏了地层原来的压力系统 ,同一口井内多套压力系统并存 ,油气水处于活动状态 ,所有这些均严重影响了调整井的固井质量。文中介绍了影响调整井固井质量的主要因素、环空水窜的原因 ,目前提高调整井固井质量的主要技术措施有减少动态干扰、机械方法、化学方法、防窜水泥浆体系等 ,综合应用各项固井技术是调整井固井成功的关键。
With the development of the oilfield,many adjustment wells have benn drilled.Because of long-term water injection,especially the high-pressure water injection in recent years,the pressure systems in the reservoir were changed.There are many pressure systems in one well.Oil,gas and water are dynamic,the formation structure was destroyed.All those factors deeply influence the cementing quality of adjustment well.This paper introduces the main factors that influences the cementing quality of adjustment wells,the reason of water break through,technical measures to improve cementing quality of adjustment well,such as:elimination dynamic interference,mechanic methods,chemical methods,channeling prevention slurry systems etc.Generally applying those technical methods is the key of cementing adjustment well.
