摘要
本文叙述了在注塑模CAD/CAM系统HSC1.0中从CAD到CAM一体化的方法.由于直接从CAD所得几何模型来生成CAM所需的加工模型,避免了因采用数控编程语言所做的重复性的工作.
A method for integrating computer-aided design with computer-aided manufacture of the injection mold is described. By using man-machine interaction, the set of surfaces to be machined in each process step can be described by a geometric model for CAD. A geometric model for CAM can then be obtained. This method results in convenient transmission of geometric information from computer-aided design to computer-aided manufacture without the necessity of using NC programming languages. Thus repeated work due to the use of NC programming languages for describing the geometric model is avoided. Various interferences occurring in two-dimension milling are also discussed and the conditions for judging if interferences will happen are given.
