在区域经济中 ,一个中心城市要成为发展极 ,一是要有良好的城市基础环境 ,以吸引资本和人力 ;二是需要大量的创新企业 ;三是具有强有力的金融支撑。在这些条件的形成过程中 ,城市商业银行作为地方金融体系的重要组成部分 ,发挥着不可替代的作用。
In regional economy,a central city as development poles depends on good basic environment,a lot of creative enterprises and strong financial support.In the process of developing above conditions,city commercial banks,which is important part of local financial system,play special role.
