摘要
自 1979年改革开放以来 ,中国金融体制已经历了 2 3年的调整与改革 ,中国金融获得了长足的发展 ,取得令国际社会惊讶的巨大成功 ,对于促进中国经济迅速增长与中国经济体制改革整体推进起到了十分重要的作用。然而 ,随着中国加入世界贸易组织 (WTO) ,中国经济融入世界经济、金融全球化进程的步伐正在不断加快 ,中国金融也将不断扩大对外开放 ,将在更深更广的程度上参与经济、金融全球化进程。与此同时 ,中国金融业所面临的挑战也日趋严峻。在此经济、金融全球化日益加深的背景下 ,中国金融体制还是否能依旧按照改革开放之初的路径选择模式来进行制度变迁 ,并以此作为应对经济、金融全球化挑战的基本措施呢 ?为此 ,本文就此问题进行探讨 ,并对过去 2 3年来金融制度变革的效率作出分析 ,在此基础上来研究与探讨经济、金融全球化不断加深背景下中国金融体制变革新的路径选择模式。
China financial system has gone through a 23-year adjustment and reform, China finance has gotten the long-term and sufficient development and a great success that made the international societies surprised since the reform and open in 1979. China finance development and success has played a great role in promoting the development of China economy and the smooth implement of China economic system reform. However, with China's entrance into WTO, the pace that China economy involves in the globalization of the world economy and finance is quickening. China finance will enlarge open for the out side world and engage in the globalization of the world economy and finance at a deeper and wider extent. China financial industry will confront with a increasing severe challenge in the same time. On the background of the deepening globalization of the world economy and finaance, can China financial system reform still carry on the institution transforming according to the path-choice model that designed at the early of reform and open, and will it be taken as a basic measure to respond to the challenge of the globalization of the world economy and finance? We will discuss this problem in this paper for the sake of resolving this problem and analyze the efficiency of China financial institution transforming in the past 23 years. We will also research and discuss the new path-choice model for China financial institution transforming on the background of the deepening of the world economy and finance on the basis of the analysis.
