摘要
冷库温度的数学模型难以建立,用传统的PID控制,控制精度不高;且目前大多数冷库的压缩机都是采用双位控制,在很大程度上浪费了能源.本控制系统应用模糊控制技术,提高了控制精度,同时利用变频技术调节压缩机的电机转速使制冷设备的功率与热负荷基本匹配,实现了节能.
Because it is difficult to build the mathematical mould of temperature field of cooling room, less accuracy with the traditional method of PID control and great waste of energy since the compressor of most of cooling room is controlled by two wheels. The system saves energy by applying frequency conversion technology to adjust rotating speed of compressor motor to match compressor power equally with thermal load ,as well as improves controlling accuracy by applying fuzzy controlling technology.
