摘要
STCW78/95修正案与原STCW公约相比,较大篇幅地增加了模拟器使用的有关规则,无疑这将对航海模拟器的发展起到推动作用.航海模拟器的发展既受到各种技术发展的影响,也深受相关条约的制约.为此从STCW78/95公约对航海模拟器的相关规定出发,阐述条约的实施对航海模拟器发展带来的影响.
Compared with the original version, STCW 78/95 has devoted much more space to rules on the use of simulator, which will, beyond all doubt, give a fresh impetus to the development of marine simulator. The development of marine simulator is subject to not only the influence of various technologies, but also the restriction of STCW. This paper tries to present the prospect of marine simulator's future development from the perspective of STCW.
