摘要
以海上溢油应急反应地理信息系统为平台,采用贴体坐标变换,生成以电子海图上的实际海域为背景的贴体坐标网格该网格生成技术在溢油应急反应中,为实现潮流场的计算,提供了快速、直观、方便的条件.
This paper adopts the transform of body-fitted coordinates to generate body-fitted coordinate grids which use the chart as background. It's composed on the platform of the geographical information system (GIS) of marine oil spill crisis response (OSCR). The grid generation technique in OSCR can offer faster, more intuitionistic and more convenient conditions to the calculation of tide-field.
