摘要
利用ITI -SIM软件建立了一个液压泵的仿真模型 ,由于泵和马达是一对液压能与机械能相互转换的装置 ,所以该模型同样适用于液压马达。在使用中 ,可以根据实际情况选择设定模型的各种参数 ,如不同形式的摩擦损失、不同的内外泄漏 ,因此可相应计算各种能量、扭矩等。通过实际应用液压泵的仿真模型 。
This paper describes the model object of a pump / motor which we developed by means of ITI SIM software. Hydraulic pumps and motors are coupled to hydraulic mechanical converters. Of course there is a power loss in the conversion from the hydraulic the to mechanical ones (and vice versa). The model object Pump/Motor can be used in the same way for modeling hydrostatic displacement unit. In application, when creating a model drive hydraulic system including an engine using the ITI SIM software, we have applied the model object pump / motor which we have just developed.The simulation results show the behavior of the model object is desirable in practice.
