摘要
介绍了模块造船的概念及日本造船界的现状及历史发展 ,并针对模块造船在日本进展缓慢的调查结果 ,提出了建议及改进措施。相信也会对我国的造船界有一定的帮助。
Shipbuilders have become extremely competitive in the world market over the past 20 years. Each company is forced to develop massive cost reduction and labor force reduction measures. After having given attention to the cost reduction possibilities on the steel construction side, the shipyard has concentrated specially on the reduction of the time verse space relationship and the dependency of engine room outfitting on ship block assembly at the slipway. This consideration led to the modularization of large engine room sections into functional modules. The use situation of module is not good although the use of module in Japan shipyards has a long history. The cause is analyzed and some advices are given based on the investigation in this paper.
