Improved simulation software of marine diesel engine for a marine power plant simulator

摘要 介绍轮机模拟器船舶柴油机改进的仿真软件。首先 ,对 6S6 0MC柴油机工作过程数学建模 ,包括气缸、涡轮增压器、空冷器、扫气过程和排气过程等 ;其次 ,采用一种改进的方法计算排气过程 ,在满足计算精度要求的同时 ,缩短工作过程仿真的计算时间 ;第三 ,计算柴油机各缸的主要工作参数 ,比如 ,示功图P - φ ,P -V和T - φ ,dQ/dφ - φ ,dx/dφ - φ等曲线图 ,以及扫气空气系数、残余废气系数、燃烧室壁温等参数 ;第四 ,软件有许多故障设置 ,以训练学生或学员判断故障的能力 ;第五 。 In this paper, an improved simulation software of marine diesel engine for Marine Simulator has been introduced. At first, mathematic models of working cycle of diesel engine 6S60MC have been built, including the models of cylinders, turbocharger, air cooler, scavenging process and exhaust process. Secondly, an improved method is adopted to calculate the exhaust process in order to shorten the simulating time of the working cycle of diesel engine, at the same time, the simulation precision is high. Thirdly, many parameters of each cylinder of the diesel engine have been simulated, such as P-φ, P-V, T-φ, d Q /d φ-φ , d x /d φ-φ , and scavenging air coefficient, sufficient air coefficient, residual exhaust gas coefficient, piston wall temperature, cylinder cover wall and cylinder wall temperature, and so on. Fourthly, there are many fault settings in the simulation software, which can train the students or trainers' abilities to judge the faults. Fifthly, there are also alarms and parameters in the software.
