摘要
为了解决红外线轴温探测中的漏探和误探问题,设计了模拟列车通过红外线轴温探测点的多媒体仿真系统,从而就可以借助计算机,交互地输入各种列车运行仿真参数和探头位置参数,检测红外线轴温探测器探测点位置是否能满足要求。本文对探测系统数学模型、蛇行运动仿真模型及数据库设计等方面作了详尽的描述。该仿真系统已经正式投入使用,可以指导红外探箱的实际安装和调整工作,从而为列车的安全运行提供了保障。
The multimedia system of train passing through the infrared journal temperature detection point is designed in order to adjust the location of the detection point and observe whether the infrared ray could aim at all the journal on the axle of trains' wheels. In virtue of exchanging simulation parameters with computer, the nicety of judgment in the infrared ray detection system was improved. The paper describes the principle and the implement method. The mathematics model of detection system, the hunting model and the database design, which are important to the system, are given alse in the paper.
