摘要
建设项目招投标是市场经济的产物 ,是项目实施过程中承上启下的重要环节 ,评标是招投标工作中的关键 ,在评标过程中必须考虑到工程实施过程中的不确定性所带来的风险因素 。
Bidding and tendering of construction projects is the production of the market economy. Tendering assessment is not only a key step in the bidding but also a complicated process which is a connecting link between the preceding and the following. We must think over the uncertainties in the construction environment in the light of decision-maker's attitude towards risk while evaluating of competitive bids.
