摘要
从“通、中、顺、全”四个方面探讨了城市减灾规划的一些基本思想、原则与技术特征。论述了一些规划要素间的辩证关系,进而明确了不同规划形式之间的统一性。
From some aspects that are“unimpeded,central,acclimation,harmonious relations,and integration”,in this article,some basic thoughts,prin-ciples and technological features arediscussed,and some dialectic relation-ship among factors of planning aredissertated.Then oneness of differentplanning modality is pinpointed.
