摘要
依据模糊模式识别、模糊聚类理论 ,提出一种短期负荷预测的新方法 ,应用相应的隶属度来描述负荷与影响负荷因素之间的关系。实践表明 ,该方法具有预测精度高、误差小的优点 ,是值得广泛推广的好方法。
A short term load forecasting technique for power system based on fuzzy pattern recognition and fuzzy cluster is presented.It used relative membership degree whose loads and effect elements of loads to establish the forecasting model and forecast the future loads.The practice proves that forecasting method have the advantage of higher forecasting accuracy and smaller forecasting error,the method should be popularized.
